Opened and poured through Vinturi into decanter. Deep inky purple with prominent nose of cherry. Upon tasting it after the first swirls in the glass you get prominent notes of blueberry, raspberry, and cherry are on the palate with vanilla and licorice on the edges. Extremely fruit forward style nuanced by the complex spice and even though the alcohol level is high you don't get overwhelmed by it.
