This is a nice Sauvignon Blanc from Israel. Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Dry on the palate with mild complexity. Showing green apples, grapefruits, light oak, earth, limes and lemons. Still young and needs a year to settle down, as it was just bottled. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years. A blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. Kosher. 13.5% alcohol by volume. 88 points. $60.
