Laurelhurst Cellars Cabernet Franc Boushey Vineyard

Nice wine but perhaps a little too brambly for my taste

Popped and poured. Delicious roasted vegetables all day long. Nose of tomatoes, charred bell pepper and earthy/funky (this is a good thing) notes from the barrel. Smooth mouth feel, though the wine could use just a touch more tannin structure. More vegetables on the palate along with a little bit of tart raspberries. Tasty finish. Would purchase again.

Amazing! Again, Boshey Vineyard fruit shines. Characteristically correct, smooth, bright and somewhat different from most Washington State Cab Franc's.
