Opened and served right away. This wine is insanely high in acid and tannin and bone dry. Dry powdery tannins. Slightly bitter finish. Fruit is almost masked by the tannin and acidic. Needs time to settle down but fruit may be gone by then. Hard to know. If drinking now this needs heavy food to go with it otherwise hold off. Good. 87
