Ruby red colour, Clear vanilla and toasty oak nose, berry fruit, hint of spice. Same toasty oak on the palate, berries, mostly red, vanilla, quite acidic, just like the previous bottles. Reminiscent, strangely, of young Crianza's from Rioja. Had it with lamb, and truly made the fruity quality of the wine come to the fore. Softened the acidic nature of the wine. Medium length. Pair with food to enjoy this wine best.
