Very much of the grape, well made wine nice deep colour quite intense flavours but not a great wine, not outstanding in any way that would have you repeat buying more of a Friday night wine!

Has some if the cassis character I look for in Chilean Carignan. Nice fruit flavours, perhaps lacking some of the polish of more expensive examples. Decent at this price point but no wow factor.
