Pale lemon in color. Light nose and medium in body with medium plus acidity. Dry on the palate with mild complexity. Showing limes, grapefruits, lemons, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices and sea salt. Short finish with limes and almonds. Easy drinking and good food wine. 13% alcohol by volume. 88 points.

Pale Straw in color Aroma shows minerality, honey, apple Palate also demonstrates the minerality with medium light acidity and salinity. Some pear on the palate and some grass.. A little rounded and would be great with a little more acidity. As it opened, more vegetal notes came forward. Kind of falls off.
