Nose: hibiscus, black tea, floral, cedar, cranberry Taste: cranberry, hibiscus, black tea, raspberry; medium body, smooth and almost velvety; medium acidity; beautiful tannins; fantastic structure. Overall: not super expressive but what an amazing mouthfeel. It just floats beautifully over the tongue, the structure is just wonderful and beautifully balanced right now. Very drinkable!

The not-too-full body and acidity makes this quite lively and fitting …

Pale ruby color. Classic Pinot forest floor nose along with raspberry, jammy cherry, clove, a sweet note, and alcohol. It’s light to medium bodied with a bit of a creamy mouthfeel. Tannins are soft and smooth and light+ acidity. Finish is hot and the 14%+ alcohol shows. 83 pts
