PNP and once again this opened up straight away. Beautiful plums, hint of leather, lovely tannic grip, subtle oak and vanilla. Great QPR.

Excellent again and such good value. Hadn't noticed it had some Cab Franc which explains its leather, plum profile.

Back to what I had enjoyed with the first bottle. Dark plums, lush and an excellent mid-week wine.

Day one and this was thin, bland and insipid. Day two and it has unfurled into a decent quaffer. Dark plums, hint of expresso with good acidity and nice tannic bite to finish. Would buy more based on day 2 experience.

Fresh red and daek berries, good acidity and grippy tannin. Young maturity stage. I drank the wine in Store Kro hotel in Fredensborg, Danmark from a bottle which was probably already open for one or two days. The wine showed development, but was still a pleasure to drink. 89+

Walkabout tasting, no detailed notes. Light body, tannins and oak very prominent.

Flowers, espresso, cocoa and red pit fruits shine, right off the bat. Medium-bodied, soft bright and fresh, finishing with soft, red fruits and a light dusting of cocoa. Drink from 2023-2032.

90-91 vvPunkte (14% Alkohol) Wunderschöne Nase, feiner, floraler Duft, Veilchen, Kirschen, Süssholz, Brombeeren. Der Gaumen ist frisch, saftig, elegant, die Frucht ist delikat, auf den Punkt gereift, die Gerbstoffe stützen, der Wein tänzelt über die Zunge, man möchte gleich schlucken, so animierend ist das, leichtfüssig, frisch und im Abgang mit sehr guter Harmonie, endet auf einen Mix aus roten und dunklen Beeren. Medium-bodied, fresh, bright, earthy and fruity ,with sharp red berries, spice and coffee bean on the nose and in the vibrant, savory finish. 87-89

A bit closed. Perhaps it needs longer. Disappointing.

Classic Pomerol flavours, no rough edges. Quote light and uncomplicated but good value.

Same as previous notes. Bought as I hadn't realised I'd had before.

Merlot dominant, earthy and reasonably full bodied. Surprisingly muted tannins. This was enjoyable but didn't quite hit the heights required for me to return to it. Not sure if that's due to the producer or the vintage as I have liked very few 11's so far.
