Pop and pour. Big, bold Syrah with smoked meat, creosote, eucalyptus, saucy acid, and firm tannins. Much improved and ready to drink. Delicious.

PnP at dinner. I thought it delicious, dominated by spice raspberries and eucalyptus. Little did I know that it was $60. Still a delicious wine and while you could definitely wait longer, why?

Tasty but unremarkable. Less asphalt than most Barossas, lots of fruit. Drink now. After writing this I realized this was $60 from Garagiste, who recommends waiting until 2018 to drink and gives high praise, so let's see what happens...
