La Clarine Farm Fiano FNA

This one was oxidized. I kept it too long. Compared with other 2014 whites that I have, this one is way gone.

Straw yellow color, rich nose and palate (14.1% abv). Strong notes of ripe golden apple/pear, nice minerality, nice acidity. Overall a unique and really satisfying wine, very nice, strongly flavored enough to withstand a very gingery vegan kimchi and Korean-style marinated beef, and more than hold its own.
