Excellent mature burgundy, pours translucent and fully amber around the edge. Floral, brown sugar, baking spice, and decaying leaf aromatics; there is good energy and lift in the red cherry fruit if not a lot of precision...the flavors are as earthy as fruity. Some interesting parallels to Dujac while having it’s own distinct personality (93-94)

IWFSC 750th Dinner (Chicago Club) : Another strong showing for this burg, especially in the first pour/bottle. Great floral nose with nice fruit and plenty of life and no harshness.

IWFSC 743rd Dinner (Les Nomades) : Pale ruby color. Interesting nice nose of floral and spice with a slight canned red cherry note. Nice red cherry concentration with spice and acidity. In great shape. 93-94 pts.
