Pavette Chardonnay

Tasted PnP and next day after placing in the refrigerator. Held up well. Light to medium lemon yellow color. Nose is mostly lime and apple, some additional florals and complexity would take it up a notch or two. Palate is quite lime dominated, the pear and apple show through with some distinct mineral notes (wet stones and ever so slight saline) on the finish. Good length. Good QPR.
