Bonne amplitude en bouche. Il laisse toutefois une nette impression de retenue. ENSEMBLE: Bon que dire de plus d'un 1er Cru Chassagne-Montrachet....

Rich yellow color. Traditional white burg nose, though somewhat muted. Apple, pear on the palate, dry with decent acidity, but also a bit sharp for my liking. Not quite the right balance between crispness and sharpness. Maybe with a little more age this will become a little richer and softer, which could make it a very good wine.

16/20 Visuel: Or blanc pâle, cristallin Olfactif: Herbacé, menthe verte, poire. Pierre à fusil/silex : beau nez agréable. Gustatif: Belle attaque, richesse et une certaine onctuosité en bouche. Bonne vivacité. C'est bon mais qualité prix.... je doute du rapport. Bien sûr c'est un premier Cru mais le prix est nettement excessif.
