Apparently I had three bottles left, of which this is now the second last. No major further impression to add, except to note this is a blend of Grenache 60% and Cinsault 40%, and only 3,600 bottles were made. The wine making is unsurprisingly quite natural, and only a little sulphur is added. Equally unsurprisingly each bottle shows a little different, but none of them have been faulty. I think I have about two bottles left from a six pack, and this is just a quick impression but overall I enjoy this. It is quite dry, a little grippy, with pleasant acidity. Won't please everyone but some people will love it. 87-88pts

Superbe robe saumoné avec reflet doré. Légèrement trouble. Nez très parfumé de fruit rouge, rose, levure de bière, j'avais l'impression de respirer de l'air de montagne sans savoir l'expliquer (Biodynamie ??). En bouche, intensité moyenne (ni trop léger, ni trop dense) avec un coté perlant. Fruit expressif, alcool modéré. Belle longueur et amertume en finale. Peut-être mon meilleur rosé gouté à ce jour. Magnifique et déroutant.

Nice change from the pallid, stock-still rosé that is de rigueur in Provence lately. Has some more body to it and slightly perlant, speaking to biodynamic approach here. There were a few morsels of cork in one bottle of the case of six, and the thick wax covering the cork isn’t doing anyone any favors. Still was pleasantly surprised by this rosé style and will go great with summer meals.
