Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) Cabernet Sauvignon Los Vascos Grande Réserve

A Chilean cabernet not tasted for many years. On nose: smoke, oak and bell pepper. On palate: all of the above flavours in addition to tart blackberry ,tobacco and mild coffee notes....very lean and austere on palate ( young vines?).....As it warms after an hour in decanter , not much changes except a faint vanilla note.....May improve and knit together with a few years in cellar....decent wine , but time will tell.....well priced and a good steak wine, if your …
