Thick, luxurious, smooth as silk. Honey with a hint of stone fruit. Not as complex as a good german ice wine but very good. Good finish and mouthfeel. Would buy again.

3 days in Niagara; 1/4/2019-1/6/2019 : Melon, lime and orange peel. Intense on the palate, there is sweet fruit that still manages to push fairly well across the palate. Nice, but more than a glass would be too much with this density.
