Barolo (Vintage v.s. Maker) and others (Extra Space) : Revisiting this wine again from a new bottle. More intense fruit flavours of pineapple with toasted oak. More in line with my first tasting rather than the most recent previous tasting. Bottle variation or maybe the previous bottle was off.

Free Style Big Wine Night (Extra Space) : Tasted blind. Pop and poured. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of toasted oak, butter, and minerality. Developed. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of toasted oak, stony minerality, citrus lemon, and slight hint of ripe peach. Medium finish. Quite clearly a cool climate Chardonnay with a nice touch of oak. Good quality white …

a rather over intense palate.lengthy slight citrus finishing with toasted oak to add complexity.floral with mineral notes too.other than tat, didnt get much ting frm tis bttl.a simple wine for me.seems to me the selling point for tis bttl is strength of the palate(cn simply knock out reds tat u hve sip earlier) with toasted oak to add more depth n slight complexity.definitely a crowd pleaser white.

Big Wednesday Wine Night (Extra Space) : Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of butter and dairy cream. On the palate, medium acidity, medium+ body, with flavours of oak, and a mix of tropical pineapple with peaches. Medium finish. Quite a good white Bourgogne.
