A private dinner (Restaurant Ciel Bleu **, Amsterdam, NL) : Pre-phylloxera Verdejo vines in the Los Navales vineyard, completely natural wine making, fermented and aged in oak for ten months on the fine lees, followed by ten months in stainless steel, bottled unfined and unfiltered without added sulfite, 13.5% ABV.
