Seems a bit flat and less bubbly than expected and a bit of alcohol aftersting Given the last bottle, i suppose it could be a faulty bottle.

**Sparkling Friday** (15/20) Methode traditionelle from Czech Republic, 100% Pinot Noir. Fresh, crisp, bone dry. Would do great as aperitif wine. Medium intense aromas of white blossom, green apple, white grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, wet stone, wet iron, toasted bread, almond. Dry wine, high acidity, light body, medium+ flavour intensity, medium+ length finish. 12,5% ABV - Unexpected wine countries @ JdW

Lys ferskenfarget med lav duft av søte røde bær og grapefrukt. Lukt som smak, men mye mer enn farge og duft skulle tilsi. Små bobler og lang utgang. En vin å komme tilbake til!
