After 5 years this has finally lost its brightness and is well past peak. The first few years were lovely

Pale lemon-green. An amalgam of lemon, pineapple and passionfruit on a piercingly expressive nose. The palate brings mineral acidity to its luscious tropical and citrus tinged fruit, while there is a faint creamy textural note as well. This is right in the wheelhouse of plump, fruity ripeness, while still retaining its tight, taut and racy mineral acdity. Finishes long, with soft but pronounced fruit flavours. This style is perfect to drink now, or before the bright fruit begins to fade.
