A medium garnet color with a light brick rim hints at the readiness of this wine. Nose tended to the more reserved and elegant side of the spectrum with red fruit, some leather, mint and cedar aromas. In the mouth, it started off a bit mute with the acidity taking center stage while the fruit lagged behind.
