Dinner and a clandestine ES drink (Matsu dinner followed by a trip down to ES) : Lotsa prunes, red dates, sourplum and minty nose. Full bodied wine, like grapejuice, some capsicum and bittergourd. smooth to drink without much tannicity in the way. went well with the beef cheeks
