This bottle was a gift, and a great gift too! Very good Ripasso. Sweet cherry, bit of strawberry and tobacco aromas. Expressive taste of more cherry, bit of raisins, raspberry, bit of redcurrant (with that delicate acidity), clove, profound tobacco and leathery tones and even a bit of flint stone. Firm but supple tannins, and a long finish. Pretty classic actually :) 14%
