Wow... this has just blossomed with air. Dominated by sour cherry on the first day, opened up and became more earth and herbal driven on day two, pulled out of fridge on day three and forgot out, beautiful on day four after a day without refrigeration. To me this has wonderful balance, which is among the highest praise i can give a wine.
