Beautiful cherry color. Medium bodied. Somewhat aggressive nose. One taste and I was hooked. Nicely balanced; fruity and tannic. No holds barred new world wine. Up front, full, open. Zesty. There is nothing subtle here. High octane, Californian, wonderful. All this without being at all jammy or raisin-y. Good work Edgar!

Nice mix of blackberry and plum fruit with violets and baking spices. This is very well balanced, with just enough acidity and tannin structure to ground the rich Paso fruit. Went perfect with Carne Asada.
