Fruit Day - Just translucent crimson core that extends to the edge. Nose is bright bubblegum, raspberry, strawberry and light spice. On the palate it’s medium bodied with medium plus acidity and light raspy tannins. The flavours are spice, cherry, raspberry, wild rose hips and a lick of granite. The finish is medium with the fruit and a touch of bitter from the rose hips flavour continuing. A very enjoyable wine with great flavour and very good length. It’s a …
