Holloway Cabernet Sauvignon Amber Knolls Vineyard

Gave a couple hours in decanter. Needed all of them. Tasted an hour in and knew it needed more air. Nose is dark, spicy, woody, dirty, oily, green, peppery, and even a little tarry. On the palate, everything from green peppers to smoke to under ripe berries, yet all of them held together with a richness in the mouth, underpinned with dark melted chocolate.
