Funky burnt butter and yeasty aromas with juicy acidity ahead of notes of Meyer lemon and yellow apples. Nice development of flavors. Drink now and over 3-5 years

Purchased this wine when I read it was ‘barrel fermented Grüner’ – what is not to love about that? Herbaceous aromas: mint & shallots? Complex nose, getting better as it warms. The palate is elegant & vibrant…cannot miss the barrel here – iron & oil. Love the mid weight texture. This may be my 1st Grüner Vetliner from BC…I was more than impressed. Perfect with spicy Indian takeout.

Clear light yellow. Intense, lime, spice, water chestnut and white flowers in the nose. Dry rich spicy lime, pear and pineapple flavours. The finish is rich, oily and dry. The lime persists to the end.

Definitely a more balanced bottle. Lime, wet stone and green apple nose. Dry rich limecurd flavours and a very dry finish.

Clear light yellow. The nose is just coming together, grapey, citrus and pear nose. Dry citrus flavours and great acid. Hold for at least 6 months.
