Heavy on the blue fruit, very juicy, green tobacco, smooth tannins quite a large bottle, can age for at least 10 more years .... would go well with most any cheeses, pizzas, icharcuterie, red meats.

Last bottle in 2021, this one is still excellent. Even smoother and more integrated tannins, bursting with dark fruit, dried fig, roasted plum, and just a touch of spices and black pepper. Well done

Excellent cold climate Cab Franc right here. Simply delicious. Lots of earthy, tree bark notes on the nose, some dried herbs, maybe some sweet tobacco, and just a hint of tart cherry. The palate is more fruit-forward, but the savory tobacco and dried herbs are still very present. Surprisingly supple tannins, it felt like it was going to finish more tannic than it did, instead remaining incredibly smooth through a medium finish. Medium bodied, medium acidity.
