Winery Visit (@ Van Volxem, Saar) : Quite a pale color. Still a bit locked in the bouquet, but there are some bananas. On the palate a lot of elegant acidity and also a lot of sweetness. Not sticky at all. A beautiful and elegant wine with good complexity. 93+
