Very good for a wine lost at the back of the cellar. Notes of dark pitted fruit and hints of pepper.

Really nice nose of bacon and fruit. Palate is not quite as well balanced, even a tad bitter, but still really nice. A nice match with BBQ pork chops. Drink them if you've got them.

Decanted for an hour. Very good, smooth leather and tobacco on the palate. Enjoyed by all!

Tasted at Andrew Murray. Purple color. Nose of ripe dark berries (blackberries, black cherries), some spices and meaty/leathery flavors as well as some pepper. It's pretty full-bodied and dense, with medium acidity and medium+ tannin. For a wine of Paso Robles, there is a lot of balance here.

Probably too early to drink this one but I am enjoying the wine none the less. very fruity at this stage with some tannin and a bit of alcohol showing through. Best if this had been laid in the cellar a few years at least to give it time to integrate and achieve a better balance. I would give it upside potential of at east 5 points with time.
