Really pretty, balanced, well made. Ripe orchard fruit, some tropical notes. Pithy, almost raspy texture. Some malic notes and a butterscotch - oak finish, with medium acidity. Everything in its proper place. This will appeal to a broad cross section of palate preferences

Light straw yellow colour with hints of green in the edges. Flowers, green apples and oak with hints of minerals on the nose. Taste of green apples, white flowers and lemons with hints of dried yellow fruits. High acidity. Long and dry finish with salt. A very good wine. Goes well with fish, shellfish or cheese.
