Azienda Agricola Paraschos Evangelos ponka

Dried apricots, quince, nectarines, apricots, raisins, honey, floral with roses and lilies, a balsamic touch, some herbaceous, dill, cough syrup, wax, dragon fruit and other ripe exotic fruits. Medium acidity, and a thick body, maybe almost slightly tannic in a dusty way. This was an enjoyable bottle that developed nicely with some air; no need to wait for this to age any more.
