Crisp, tasty. Good fruit flavors from the viognier and chardonnay. Not a great pairing with anything I tried: boursin cheese, curried cashews, plain cashews, almonds, Indian potato salad with chick peas, corn, curry, cilantro but tasty on its own. This was from Crystal’s Palace in Norfolk, VA. Sue would like to find some more.

The manager at the wine store where I work part time suggested this and he was spot on. This wine drinks like a much more expensive wine. For around $14 retail you get a lovely expression of viognier that is tempered by the chardonnay. It's not quite as floral or complex as straight viognier but would appeal to someone who is into unoaked Chardonnay. Very nice for the price.
