Very aromatic. Black pepper, tree bark, black cherry, cigar box, cedar wood. Palate hits with underripe cherry and pomegranate, then finishes with those savory notes, giving that woody "manly soap" kind of feeling. Nice complexity, lengthy finish. The kind that makes you want to keep going back for another sip.
