Jarvis (California) Winery Petit Verdot

Jarvis' Petit Verdot, which is primarily grown as a blending grape for their other reds, is a real standout in and of itself. They don't have enough every year to produce a standalone offering - and when they do, it is only for 375ml half-size bottles. Really excellent, definitely worth a try if you're looking for something a bit different.
