This wine is one of those wines that continue to prove to me, that PS may be epic in ways, but also not complex in others. It is not as shallow as malbec, at least in the kosher scene, but most PS in the kosher scene, have a nice line but not much holding/staying power. That said, the Dalton PS here is solid with great acidity and good enough body to keep most interested. If you are searching for complexity, …

Really impressed with this Dalton offering. Great tannins and mouth feel. Plums. Toffee. Vanilla. Great value.

This was a crowd pleaser. Very dense and smooth body, with smooth tannins. Writing this note from memory as the dinner was very chaotic and I won't include a score, but my initial guess would be close to the CT community score.

The Dalton gang stole the spotlight at this Seder. This broad-shouldered simpleton is easy to like offering bright, lush fruit that avoids getting over the top. Nice varietal expression.

The third vintage for this wine and pretty consistent quality-wise. Aged 12 months in american oak barrels. Dark clean cherry red towards purple, a floral nose with lavender, intense blackberries and a backdrop of black pepper. Medium to full-bodied with on the palate juicy blackberries, anise, plums, some earthiness with on the long finish some notes of cinnamon, black pepper and vanilla and nice teeth-staining tannins caressing the palate. Really good wine, QPR, but I missed a bit my beloved …
