Tasted this at the International Congress of Chinese Cuisine & Wine, The Rise of Marselan in China Masterclass at The Tower Club. Fresh flint on the nose, coupled with ash and red fruit. Rich and full of potential. A formidable wine. One of the better wines from China that I've had the pleasure of tasting.
