Great with a steak dinner. Got better after decanting about an hour. Will drift lately look to get more. Good QPR.

Brooding wine with some very appealing things happening. Tannis are big, fruit is bold and a little chewy on the palate, but, there is also a grittiness and astringency that holds things together. But, I feel a little lost trying to assign a memory to this wine. Good in the moment, but, nothing that sticks around for long. It was very nice as a complement to some rare lamb steaks with mint chutney.

At Zoralla (Daniel, Andre, Daniel, Dixie & Ruben). Dark Ruby, medium body, elegant and complex, I doubt that it can improve more, I loved it. Excellent

I did not take any detailed notes. But I can say I disagree with the drinking windows posted on CT. I opened this bottle within the last two months, and it was very enjoyable. Nothing about it gave me the impression it was on the verge of going over the hill.

Still very young, but not sure if it will improve with more age. Overall just not very exciting, concentrated vanilla-tinted fruit juice.

Dark in the glass and still pretty far on the purple end of things, the nose on this wine is sweet plums and plenty of oak. The palate follows the nose, with plum, blackberry, and oak. It isn't an oak bomb, exactly, but there is probably more here than I personally prefer, and it has considerable sweetness, as well, although that is balanced by medium acidity. I would have sworn there was Sangiovese in the blend, but the bottle says …

Medium nose. Not too strong but a good presence. Well balanced with hints of dark cherry and espresso. Not too dark. Amazing finish leaving you wanting for more. Great wine.

deep fruit nose and purple color with lingering dark cherry and cassis notes on the finish. Did not hold up well on third day.

This is a blend of Cab, Malbec and Merlot. Purple color with a nice nose of blackcurrant and cherry, along with notes of mocha. The same flavors are found on the palate, where it is full bodied and intense, with soft tannins and a slight hint of oak. There is also a rich plum element. Unfortunately the alcohol content is too high and makes it finish hot. It works well with grilled beef though (retail $15.99)
