dark, floral flavors with wet limestone on the nose. Finishes just slightly bitter, like a dark chocolate bitterness, with grassy notes. Drink going forward.

Full bodied for a Semillon, more haerbal than fruity, more dry than sweet, medium acidity. Interesting and enjoyable wine. Paired well with baked cod. At $12 from Garagiste it punches above its price tag.
