Its been long time since I was blown away at such extreme after smelling and tasting grape juice. Made with 3% of Malbec, pretty young vineyard planted in 2005, minimal intervention biodynamic farming, aged for 20 months in new and used FR oak. Medium ruby colour, purple hue. Explosive to die for floral aroma, intensity is sublime, its like standing in the middle of finest perfume shop, roses, orchids, candied blackcurrants, strawberry cream, lavender, herbal nuances. Perfumed and poised, beautifully aromatic and finely sculpted Cabernet . Redcurrants, raspberries, cassis, and rose oil, hints of lavender, sage, iron, and graphite. Vibrant and medium-bodied, showing superb clarity and crunch. Silky tannins with lingering touches of menthol, cassis, and herbs. Elegant and restrained, with the perfume of Malbec adding charm, refined expression with quiet power and excellent stuff. Very nice vibrance and refreshing quality.

a noticeably cooler vintage than the 2022, probably even a touch too cool than they would've liked. just med bodied, graphite, cassis, quite grippy, chalky tannins though.
