Bodega Rezabal Getariako Txakolina Txakoli Rosé

I look forward to this being released every year. It's so refreshing! Not exactly complicated, but great for it's type. I hear people talk about it having a bell pepper character. That is not a flaw, but a characteristic.

Pyrazine and not much else. Green pepper and ripe bananas, some dust. We sent this back. This would be a good bottle for teaching wine flaws.

Bell pepper is the dominant flavor, lemon and lavendar through the core, finishes with good acidity and brightness from slight effervescence.
