Color: light straw Nose: delicate but nuanced: bit of stone, nice peach, green apple, and the fruit is not overripe. Has some herbs too. A hint of jasmine and banana peel Palate: medium-high acidity, lighter body. Stone here too, and green apple, peach, apricot. Very light bitterness.
