Awesome, incredible. The acidity was racy the sugars so balanced. One note though to make is that when a sip was offered to the Chef he thought it was corked. So having already had a number of wines I took some home knowing that if this was the case I would see it more clearly in the morning. Sure enough the next day it was better with no cork taint.
