Trip to Solvang and Los Olivos (Los Olivos, CA and Solvang, CA) : Tasted non-blind at Tastes of the Valleys in Solvang, CA. Nice cherry nose, lots of spice and a slight hint of smoke. More of the same on the palate with the smoke coming on a little stronger (but still subtle). Medium-long finish. Drinking great now but seems to have plenty of life and room to improve a bit.
