Lemon juice, ripe pear, ripe apple and stone on the nose. Youthful and simple, and a little muted with a medium - intensity of aromas. I could see this being a house wine somewhere in Austria other than the fact that it's Riesling. The palate is pretty consistent with the nose - it adds pine needles and is a little more mineral driven. Sold as dry, but it wouldn't surprise me if there was a small amount of RS on …

Had over 2 days. Completely dry and lean. This food friendly Riesling hits all the right spots if you like them lean and mineral forward. Zippy acidity, river rocks, lemon, petrol. Classic notes and great austere finish. Happy to start making this an annual case buy when available. Drink now and over the next 10+ years.
