Member’s Paulée at Planque Spring 2024 (Planque London UK) : Nose of bread, touch of struck match, green herbs and later orchard fruits. The palate is chalky and citrus like with grapefruit pith and less acidity than I would expect. Very delicious!

Bright sparkling golden yellow. Long legs. Cooked apple and stone fruits on the nose and something pleasantly burnt. Honey as well. Well balanced , nice acidity and long finish.

Possède de beaux extraits secs et une fraicheur surprenante pour le millésime. Matière plutôt complexe jouant sur un fruit jaune un peu grillé, c'est intense et fort salin en sa finale. Mérite assurément un peu de patience comme il ne semble pas donner sa pleine mesure. 91+
