Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined and refrigerated), note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of pear, pineapple, mango, wet stones, and saline. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium body, medium+ intensity, 13.5% abv with a mineral driven core on top of which flavors of perfectly ripe tropical fruit - mango - and stone fruit - pear - ride. Showing exceptional balance between the mineral core and ripe fruit with good complexity, intensity and length. …

High quality. Deep flavors of papaya, pear, lime, dry honey, marzipan, and herbs. Good balance, good length on the finish.

Color: medium canary yellow Nose: minerals aplenty. Friûl comes through with the sour almond and a restraint on fruit that's nothing short of aristocratic Palate: we have medium body here with some hints of spice from barrel on top of the mineral and almond structure. There is underripe green apple. Some habanero. Really classy though, light and minimalist Finish: medium Very much an exercise in character through understatement. Amazing pinot grigio.
