Covenant Israel Viognier Blue C (Kosher) Manara

Reserved on the nose with salty notes redolent of seaweed. More fruity on the palate with a crisp, minerally driven, long finish.

Still good, see previous note, but starting to fade (less fruit and slightly less crisp).

Continues to be lovely; fruit is starting to recede a bit leading to more floral notes on the nose and palate.

Classic viognier notes with crazy rich floral notes, with rich saline, lovely peach, and some oak. The mouth on this medium bodied wine is really fun and showing a lovely oily texture, with rich weight and more fun saline, followed by apricot rolled in the grass, with floral notes. The finish is sweet and ripe and fresh with tart notes of stone fruit, with lemongrass and flint. Bravo! Drink now.

wonderful viognier, medium body and light acid typical of the varietal; alot of green apple notes to me, especially when warm, but also with nice hints of peach, mango and floral notes with a bit of honey.

Beautiful tropical nose with an awesome bouquet. Loads of peaches, honeysuckle, hints of hazelnut, guava and cantaloupe. On the mouth an oily texture with some creaminess from the neautral oak ageing. First attack of delicious peaches, cantaloupe and with some green sour apple on the finish. Layered with complexity and more notes as time goes on. Strong acid balances out the fruity texture and round out this one to be complex and very elegant! A true joy!
